Overview In this role, you will lead CMP process optimization and equipment initiatives within Micron's OCT CPEE HVM team, collaborating with global sites and suppliers to deliver improvements in cost, scale, quality, and yield. You'll develop BKMs, drive area-specific roadmaps, and align with Micron's technology roadmap and business strategy. You will enable cross-functional problem solving and support worldwide project execution. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a world-leading semiconductor company.

Responsibilities- Lead and align with HVM sites and Technology Development to improve process effectiveness
- Promote worldwide BKMs sharing and transfer of domain knowledge
- Provide technical and hands-on support to sites to deploy solutions in safety, productivity, cost of ownership, process efficiency, quality defense, and yield improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop process and equipment roadmaps aligned to Micron's technology roadmap
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects with Fab and corporate objectives
- Keep collaborators informed on project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience as CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer
- Strong collaboration and global leadership skills to drive BKMs alignment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize
