Overview In this role you drive financial pricing and analysis to support government proposals and programs. You will partner with development and project teams to shape quotes, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll perform in-depth financial studies on DoD/DoE programs, translate results into actionable recommendations, and help maintain strong financial controls. Responsibilities- Collaborate with business development and project teams to prepare pricing quotes for new and outgoing government proposals
- Support estimates analysis and forecasting for active DoD/DoE programs
- Develop plans with budgets and forecasts, and provide in-depth financial analyses with recommendations
- Assist in developing and delivering financial policies and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support audits (internal, external, government) and ensure financial compliance with regulators
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, highlight variances to management
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and studies, including cost volumes for proposals
Key requirements- US citizenship due to DoD requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR processes
- Ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
