Overview As Manager, HRBP you will align HR strategies with Sphere Venue Operations and other units to enable scalable people solutions and superior employee experiences. You will partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, compliance, and analytics, while coordinating with HR COEs to improve processes across the lifecycle. Reporting to the Director HRBP, you'll lead a team to deliver high-impact HR support and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution to advance business objectives.

Responsibilities- Act as strategic HR partner to leaders and staff to drive business objectives and organizational effectiveness
- Advance performance management practices aligned with company values and accountability
- Provide counsel on complex employee relations, conflicts, design changes, and lifecycle moments
- Guide grievance and labor relations processes, contract interpretation, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements
- Ensure data integrity and efficient HR administration across processes
- Collaborate with HR COEs to embed innovations and simplifications in core HR processes
- Support COEs in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and L&D for designated divisions
- Leverage HR data analytics to inform decisions and workforce planning
- Develop knowledge of employment laws and internal policies to ensure compliance
- Drive change management initiatives and streamline operations
- Lead onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to improve the employee experience
- Deliver exceptional on-site experiences aligned with appearance and presentation guidelines
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management or related field
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, compliance, and change management
- Labor relations experience including collective bargaining agreements and union interactions
- Ability to influence at all levels and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
