Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end development of a ground-up Control Management application, partnering with control disciplines to unify risk reference hierarchies and implement AI-first workflows. You will translate strategy into actionable tasks for agile teams and lead rapid prototyping with firm-approved AI tooling. You'll coordinate across lines of business to provide timely risk intelligence and automated reporting, elevating the firm's control environment. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position shaping how controls are designed, implemented, and governed.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product development for a new Control Management application built from the ground up
- Unify reference hierarchies across compliance and operational risk frameworks
- Translate strategy into actionable product Owner and Agile team tasks
- Drive a spec-driven delivery with rapid prototyping using Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot
- Ensure AI-first roadmap and embed intelligent assistance into core workflows
- Manage relationships with LOBs and functions to maintain long-term roadmaps
- Collaborate with Program Management to report product progress
- Provide domain expertise and impact analysis for cross-Controls Room implementation
- Oversee multiple project workstreams to improve outcomes and mitigate issues
- Present roadmaps, solutions, and status updates to senior stakeholders
Key requirements- BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering with 6+ years of experience
- Advanced experience translating user requests into tech requirements using agile tools like JIRA
- Prior agile product development experience
- Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Experience implementing AI capabilities including agentic workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups
