Overview In this role, you will define long-horizon business strategies shaping partnerships with Marvell and aligning them across HP's functions. You'll coordinate with product, engineering, finance, and governance teams to present a unified, data-driven strategy for supplier relationships. You'll identify growth opportunities, including market development and potential M&A, while monitoring external market factors. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations to senior management and drive measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities- Identify research, tools, and analyses for large, complex strategy projects
- Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies
- Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance
- Manage cross-functional teams and communications for timely client deliveries
- Lead development of project guidelines, objectives, and deliverables
- Consult with executives on risk, growth opportunities, and strategy formulation
- Provide thought leadership and expand knowledge base in strategy analysis
- Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy with corporate approaches
Key requirements- 8-12 years total experience
- 4-7 years post-advanced degree experience leading projects or deals in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research
- Advanced university degree (MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional influence abilities
- Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis and financial modeling
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
