Overview As Salesforce Product Manager for Gov Cloud, you will shape a scalable CRM platform that supports multiple internal functions. You'll align product strategy with growth and compliance objectives, partnering with critical stakeholders across Growth Operations, Legal, Finance, and more. You will drive platform upgrades, evaluate new Salesforce features, and ensure delivery quality. Responsibilities- Define and manage a 12-18 month Gov Cloud CRM roadmap
- Prioritize high-value initiatives to meet KPIs across stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects and developers on platform upgrades and compliant solutions
- Lead backlog management, write clear user stories, and support sprint ceremonies
- Contribute to hands-on business analysis, light PM, and QA testing
- Coordinate release plans, write release notes, and communicate updates
- Foster user adoption through training, community building, and feedback loops
- Engage with cross-functional teams and system owners to gather requirements
Key requirements- 7+ years of digital product management experience with end-to-end ownership
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum (backlog, ceremonies)
- Proven track record collaborating with engineers and architects on technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
