Overview As VP, Product Manager for Digital Collateral and Tokenization, you drive strategy and execution across digital platforms within the Digital & AI product team. You will shape collateral management and tokenization capabilities, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver client-impactful solutions. Your role covers the full product lifecycle-from strategy to delivery and commercialization-bridging Markets, Custody, Technology, and AI. You'll lead tokenized collateral, digital financing, and AI-driven collateral initiatives to influence strategic direction.
Responsibilities- Translate strategy into a clear product vision, priorities, and deliverables
- Lead agile delivery of the roadmap for Digital & AI Collateral products (TCN, CTA, Digital Financing, Collateral Intelligence)
- Define product value propositions, target clients, and competitive positioning
- Oversee development of tokenized collateral capabilities, including TCN and CTA frameworks
- Ensure integration across on-chain and off-chain systems (eligibility, settlement, reconciliation)
- Collaborate with Markets, Custody, Operations, and Sales to drive client engagement and timely delivery
- Embed product governance aligned to Digital & AI Steering frameworks and manage regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements
Key requirements- Significant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Change/Transformation within Financial Services
- Deep understanding of Collateral Management, Securities Finance, or Derivatives
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Business)
