Responsibilities- Site technical authority for HVAC and refrigeration systems, including critical facilities and equipment
- Lead reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of HVAC/refrigeration assets
- Ensure environments meet GMP/quality/regulatory requirements
- Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for failures
- Develop and optimize preventive/predictive/reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Maintain CMMS data integrity and asset information
- Support qualification, requalification, temperature mapping, and environmental monitoring
- Lead design reviews for capital projects and oversee contractors/vendors
- Leverage Building Management Systems and automation tech to enable maintenance and improvements
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in engineering/technical discipline
- Technical expertise in HVAC and industrial refrigeration in regulated environments
- Strong GMP/OSHA/environmental knowledge and permit-to-work experience
- Ability to coordinate contractor/vendor activities safely and effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical docs
- Strong communication and collaboration across multiple functions
