Responsibilities- Own enterprise revenue strategy and results across Agency, Sales, and Marketing, including new business, retention, and profitability
- Define an integrated go-to-market plan for brands, verticals, geographies, and strategic partnerships
- Lead cross-functional alignment with underwriting, actuarial, product, and finance to balance growth with risk
- Sponsor and develop large, strategic customer relationships and close high-impact opportunities
- Provide executive oversight of Agency, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring service quality and revenue-driven outcomes
- Oversee marketing direction with measurable ROI and brand consistency
- Foster a high-performing revenue organization, governance, and clear handoffs across functions
- Maintain visibility into pipeline, retention, revenue quality, and market conditions through revenue cadence
Key requirements- 15+ years in leadership roles in commercial insurance or related fields
- Experience integrating Agency, Sales, and Marketing into a coordinated organization
- Proven ability to visit, advise, and close strategic accounts or partnerships
- Strong knowledge of property & casualty products, distribution models, and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and build scalable processes
- Executive presence and high accountability; able to partner with the President
