Senior Director Global Commercial Transformation Program Management

As Senior Director, Global Commercial Transformation, you will lead cross functional programs that advance Takeda's commercial priorities and drive growth. You'll align global and regional stakeholders, manage risks, and define capability needs for the future operating model. You'll shape program roadmaps, governance, and leadership communications to ensure disciplined execution. This role offers broad influence across the organization and significant impact on transformation outcomes in a regulated industry.

• Coordinate and govern global commercial transformation programs across multiple workstreams to meet objectives and milestones
• Partner with global, regional, and functional leaders to set priorities, clarify accountability, and align scope, dependencies, and timelines
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies and escalate for timely resolution
• Define and prioritize commercial capability requirements to support transformation objectives and future operating model
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance, reporting, and leadership updates for transparency and discipline
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across commercial, strategy, operations, digital, and enabling functions
• Consolidate information and decisions into concise executive communications for senior leadership
• Support change management, business readiness, and adoption planning for sustained transformation
• Influence across a matrixed global organization and lead through multiple management layers when needed
• Contribute to short- to mid-term plans for optimizing commercial capabilities and transformation priorities

• Proven experience leading global commercial transformation, strategic program management, or enterprise initiatives
• Strong ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed organization
• Proven accountability for deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and decision-making
• Experience identifying commercial capability gaps and translating needs into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities
• Clear and concise communication with executive audiences
• Leadership experience across multiple management layers and diverse geographies
• Solid understanding of commercial operating models, transformation governance, and enterprise change execution
• Experience in a global biopharmaceutical or similarly complex, regulated environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization strongly preferred
• Previous people leader experience preferred
