Overview In this role you will lead a team of engineers to design and deliver next-generation fulfillment and transportation systems at global scale. You will mentor the world's talent, drive high-impact engineering solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and efficiency. The position emphasizes ownership, fast decision-making, and translating complex problems into practical, cost-effective designs. You will shape the roadmap for innovative material flow and human/machine optimization across Amazon's network.

Responsibilities- Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow, transformation, and efficiency across the global supply chain
- Coordinate design and innovation efforts for the fulfillment and transportation network, including equipment specs, layout, process design, and IP considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions rapidly
- Manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and negotiate with partners and vendors
- Provide technical management for large-scale engineering initiatives
- Communicate vision and roadmap and present technical solutions to senior executives
Key requirements- 8+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years in industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering within a manufacturing environment
