Overview In this role you design and own test systems for UAV components, automating validation across power, RF, and system interfaces. You work across multiple EE disciplines and craft fixtures and PCBs to enable high-fidelity testing in challenging environments. You'll apply Python automation to ensure repeatable, scalable testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hardware validation. This role offers impact on mission-ready hardware and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities- Design and own end-to-end test systems for UAV components from concept to validation
- Develop PCBs to interface test stands with devices under test
- Build custom fixtures and harnesses for automated testing
- Automate test sequences using Python for repeatability and scalability
- Collaborate in design reviews to improve testability and validation
- Adapt quickly in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands on experience (or student expected to graduate in 2026)
- Strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles
