Responsibilities- Build and nurture strong client relationships delivering strategic and creative guidance for retention and growth
- Coordinate with the creative engineering team to translate concepts into multi-channel campaigns
- Lead executive media relations programs and media training for senior clients
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service with rigorous campaign evaluation and reporting
- Grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Oversee business operations including profitability, budgets, and resource planning
- Identify and engage prospects and intermediaries for new business
- Lead credentials and pitches for multi-market opportunities with strategic insights
- Champion the integration of US clients into the global network
- Inspire and develop a high-caliber team, supporting career growth
- Participate in training, curriculum development, and onboarding of new hires
- Collaborate as a proactive member of the US management team
Key requirements- Experience running a large global client autonomously
