Responsibilities- Develop and maintain customer-facing and backend applications for the Advisor Center Platform
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to design decisions
- Resolve production issues and ensure reliable, timely delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
- Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, and stakeholders to define and deliver features
- Engage with UX research and feedback to keep solutions client-focused and outcomes-driven
- Promote platform standards and consistency across engineering, architecture, and product teams
- Influence technical direction and contribute to ongoing improvements and new features
Key requirements- 8+ years of full stack development experience
- BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science
- Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular
- .NET web and service development using C#
- Experience with microservices on cloud infrastructure
- CI/CD concepts, unit testing, API test automation, and automated deployment pipelines
- Cloud-native resiliency and disaster recovery understanding
- Exposure to Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and multi-tasking
