Overview

In this 12-month rotational program, recent graduates build leadership and process-improvement capabilities through hands-on placements in Data Assets, Data Platform, and BI strategy. You will be a full-time employee with salary and benefits, mentored to prepare for management roles. You'll perform analyses, recommend process changes, and champion improvement initiatives across functions. The program starts July 2027 and aims to develop future leaders in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned duties under supervision to gain management-ready experience
  • Conduct business analyses and propose data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Rotate through multiple functions to learn policies, practices, and management perspectives
  • Observe experienced staff to learn methods and standards
  • Champion process improvement efforts and apply required tools
  • Attend company-sponsored trainings and earn relevant certifications
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics/Data Science
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and shaping
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Basic Git knowledge
  • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and data warehousing concepts
  • Understanding of hypothesis testing, regression, distributions, and ML basics
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to present findings to diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

  • Adaptability and ability to multi-task under pressure
