Overview In this role you lead daily to month-end reconciliation activities for Antares funds, driving timely break resolution and strengthening controls. You will manage a team, collaborate with operations, finance, tech, and external providers, and push for scalable, efficient processes. Your work supports accurate investor reporting and risk management across cash, positions, and data sets. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on process improvement, data-driven insights, and cross-functional partnership to elevate reconciliation quality. You will help shape scalable controls and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic investment environment.

Responsibilities- Oversee reconciliation activities across cash, positions, trades, and other key balances to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and develop a team of reconciliation professionals, including prioritization, training, and performance oversight
- Investigate and resolve breaks by partnering with internal teams, custodians, fund administrators, and technology partners
- Establish and monitor controls, service levels, and exception management to reduce risk and improve quality
- Analyze reconciliation trends and root causes, implementing process improvements to reduce breaks and manual effort
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers on new product onboarding and platform enhancements
- Prepare and communicate reconciliation metrics and risk updates to senior leadership
- Maintain process documentation and audit-ready support for workflows and controls
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts related to reconciliation processes
- Champion continuous improvement using data, workflow tools, and emerging technology to increase efficiency and scalability
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline
- 10+ years of reconciliation, loan operations, fund operations, or related Financial Services experience
- Proven experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of operational controls, exception management, and reconciliation best practices
