Overview In this role, you will support Public Sector cloud adoption, coordinating technical activities and issue resolution to maintain healthy cloud environments. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure outcomes on Google Cloud within complex public-sector settings. The position emphasizes stakeholder coordination, readiness activities, and continuous improvement of cloud practices. You'll join Deloitte's AI & Engineering team, contributing to mission-critical modernization efforts with a focus on impact and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues, risks, dependencies, action items, and milestones
- Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and escalations
- Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness
- Prepare materials for technical reviews, quarterly business reviews, and customer meetings; capture customer needs and provide product feedback
- Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance; escalate complex issues to Senior Technical Account Manager
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting
- 4+ years of experience supporting customers with Google Cloud implementations or related activities
- 1+ years of experience designing or operating microservices, distributed systems, APIs
- Google Cloud Professional certification (any listed)
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
