Overview In this role you will design and document CAD models and electrical systems for autonomous vehicle integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wiring harnesses, power distribution, and control systems that support mission-critical platforms. You'll contribute to concept analysis, simulation, and technical data packages that enable reliable battlefield systems. This is an opportunity to shape next-generation military mobility by applying CREO and related CAD tooling in a defense-focused environment. Responsibilities- Create 3-D models and 2-D drawings using CREO and other Parametric Systems CAD software
- Design wiring harnesses, cable routings, and electrical components for vehicle systems
- Interface power distribution and electrical components with onboard computers, radios, antennas, and display units
- Develop and support software solutions and electrical controls designs including installation and startup
- Participate in design reviews and document modifications in Technical Data Packages including wiring diagrams and bill of materials
- Support design, integration, installation and testing of vision systems, sensors, readouts, gauges, and survivability/countermeasure systems
- Collaborate in team/customer meetings and provide technical support during start-up and troubleshooting
- Document system modifications and create operation procedures for field use
Key requirements- Government Secret Clearance (ability to obtain and maintain)
- Knowledge of CREO design software
- Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS ( 25%)
- Bachelor's Degree in CAD or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent
- 5 years of related experience
