Overview In this role, you will lead a regional team of Treasury Management and Payments Sales Consultants to grow revenue and pipeline. You partner with relationship managers and functional peers to execute a solution-selling strategy across markets, while coaching a high-performing sales force. You drive field engagement, ensure compliant operations, and remove obstacles to enable a revenue-focused, service-free sales process. This position combines leadership, strategic selling, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our Treasury Management footprint. You will travel 50% to support markets and achieve annual sales goals.

Responsibilities- Coach and manage Sales Consultants to grow pipeline, revenue, and close deals
- Provide Treasury Management leadership to markets/divisions in the territory
- Maintain pipeline targets and communicate performance expectations
- Coordinate strategy with RM and partners to optimize sales effectiveness
- Eliminate non-revenue obstacles (implementation/service calls) to keep a revenue-focused team
- Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics, AML/BAU, information security, and related requirements
- Engage in regular coaching to improve sales performance
- Represent responsibilities clearly to line of business and service partners
- Understand market conditions affecting pricing and product strategy
- Travel at least 50% to cover territory
Key requirements- 7+ years of financial solutions selling or related experience
- 7+ years of sales coaching experience
- Strong ability to exercise assertive leadership to drive results
- Solid understanding of sales process, solution selling, and working capital management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including large audience presentations
- Proven ownership in implementing and executing TM business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Treasury Management and Payments Solutions
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
