Senior Superintendent

As Superintendent, you will lead on-site construction activities for assigned trades and support senior leaders in coordinating field operations. You play a key role in ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and seamless subcontractor collaboration to deliver complex life sciences projects. You will help manage budgets, progress reporting, and close-out documentation, contributing to IPS's end-to-end delivery mindset. This role offers impact through shaping on-site execution, driving safety, and ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Lead specific trades on assigned construction sites and coordinate field activities
• Support project leadership in oversight of progress, manpower, and trade coordination
• Ensure subcontractor and vendor work complies with documents and schedule
• Collect on-site testing and inspection reports and finalize construction completion records
• Assist with project scheduling, budgets for assigned trades, and sequencing logic
• Contribute to change control documentation and related financial paperwork
• Participate in constructability reviews and procurement coordination
• Facilitate communication among subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel
• Manage submittals distribution, review, and storage to meet project requirements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery or related discipline
