Overview In this role, you shape and drive a multi-year AI-native platform strategy across complex domains, aligning product, tech, and firm priorities. You will identify reusable platform assets from existing workflows and data models, guiding build, buy, or harvest decisions with engineering. You'll advise on cross-domain architecture, manage dependencies, and promote platform adoption through strong developer experience. This is a high-impact position in a startup-like product organization within KPMG, focused on transforming industry experience into scalable software-enabled offerings.

Responsibilities- Shape multi-year platform strategy and roadmaps for an AI-native platform across complex domains
- Own capability inventory and identify reusable platform assets from advisory workflows, data models, and integrations
- Advise on cross-domain shared vs product-specific capabilities and make build/buy/partner/harvest decisions
- Guide engineering and architecture on cross-platform integration, debt prioritization, and standards
- Resolve major roadmap, dependency, reuse, and investment trade-offs using customer needs and platform value
- Set platform adoption metrics and drive internal adoption through evangelism, docs, and developer experience
- Coach teams on technical product-management practices across the platform
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment
Key requirements- Ten years of recent product management experience for technical products or platforms, including end-to-end ownership of a B2B/enterprise platform product
- Bachelor's degree preferred; GED required; twelve years of equivalent professional experience required
- Proven experience shaping platform strategy with results in adoption, cross-product reuse, delivery speed, cost, or customer outcomes
- Deep technical product management background including lifecycle, analytics, experimentation, and defining NFRs and SLOs
- Fluency with APIs, data models, AI/agent frameworks, integration patterns, and managing technical debt trade-offs
- Experience using AI in working practice and guiding shared vs product-specific capabilities; experience with developer/internal platforms and governance tooling
- Ability to operate with limited oversight, advise senior leaders, and coach others in technical PM practices
