Overview In this role you will provide operational risk management support to SOF, HUMINT, and supply chain operations, delivering actionable CI intelligence to strengthen mission objectives. You will work with risk management advisors to align with JTF-SREC priorities and develop assessments that shape procurement and security decisions. The position emphasizes all-source analysis, threat profiling, and threat mitigation across complex vendor networks. You will brief senior leaders and collaborate with federal agencies to enhance the enterprise CI posture and safeguard operations. Responsibilities- Analyze FIE TTPs for supply chain exploitation
- Provide CIAR training to SREC personnel
- Profile and map supply chains to identify vulnerabilities
- Conduct all-source intelligence analysis on vendors and contractors for FOCI and CI red flags
- Author SCRAs for new technologies, acquisitions, or programs
- Collaborate with legal and contracting to strengthen security requirements
- Recommend mitigation measures for supply chain risks
- Contribute to enterprise-wide SCRM policy and best practices
- Write and disseminate intelligence products on supply chain threats
- Brief senior leaders, engineers, and acquisition professionals on CI risks
- Liaise with the IC and industry partners to share threat intelligence
- Provide timely advice to improve CI posture
- Ensure oversight and accurate documentation of CI indicators
- Create detailed FIE HUMINT profiles and link analyses
- Research and assess foreign intelligence services' structure and operations
- Review debriefings for deception indicators
- Perform in-depth background checks on sources
- Evaluate operational proposals for CI vulnerabilities
- Support active CI investigations with analytical reports
- Generate CI leads from anomalous activities
- Deliver tailored threat briefings to case officers and managers
- Coordinate with IC counterparts on mutual cases
Key requirements- Minimum 20 years in Counter-Intelligence with at least 10 years at O-6 level within USSOCOM Enterprise or interagency equivalent
- Mastery in producing IC-coordinated, all-source intelligence products analyzing FIE capabilities and opportunities
- Extensive experience leading analytic teams and producing strategic-level intelligence for senior leadership
- Strong background in managing complex problem sets and overseeing analytic teams providing high-level advice
- Ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead data-driven analyses
