Overview As a Senior/Mid-career Electrical Engineering Systems Engineer, you will bridge the Avionics Components team and the Program Office to keep complex hardware programs on schedule and compliant. You will own requirements flow-down, ICD development, and cross-disciplinary trade studies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and program goals. This high-visibility role shapes how the avionics team executes and grows within a mission-driven space tech environment. You will collaborate across EPS, FPGA, RF, and harness domains to deliver robust spacecraft systems. This is an opportunity to influence space security and sustainability through integrated hardware and software solutions.
