Overview In this Senior Associate role, you deliver valuation and analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other deals within PwC's Deals practice. You'll build client relationships, guide complex analyses, and apply a range of tools to quantify value and risk. You'll contribute to strategic decision-making and grow your technical expertise in valuation methodologies. This position offers exposure to high-impact transactions and opportunities to influence deal outcomes and the firm's client service.

Responsibilities- Perform detailed financial analysis and valuations for M&A and other deals
- Leverage Alteryx and automation platforms to streamline data processing
- Assess value and risk of deals using analytical methods
- Value assets and derivatives to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with clients to tailor valuation services
- Develop financial models to evaluate deal structures and outcomes
- Interpret market trends and industry insights for valuation strategies
- Present valuation findings to stakeholders clearly

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience
