District Channel Manager - Workmarket

In this role you drive new business for Work Market's freelance management solution across lines of business, focusing on SMB and Enterprise. You will build and execute a territory plan, manage a robust pipeline, and close deals through value-led demonstrations and negotiations. You'll collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to grow the customer base and enable a blended workforce. This is a fast-paced, quota-driven role at a company shaping the future of work.

• Meet or exceed quarterly quotas
• Maintain and forecast a strong sales pipeline
• Build and manage a territory plan
• Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools
• Negotiate pricing and contracts
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams

• 5+ years of selling experience (SaaS preferred)
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to present technology solutions without a Sales Engineer
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly quotas
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs
• Strong CRM software expertise
• Highly organized, energetic, and a self-starter
• College degree is not strictly required
• Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts
