Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

In this remote BI role you will support operational programs by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing business data to drive improvements. You'll maintain trackers and dashboards, prepare leadership-ready updates, and help ensure deliverables stay on track across multiple workstreams. You will identify risks, report trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and automate where possible. This position offers an opportunity to shape operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment and contribute to program execution and readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor operational metrics, project milestones, and delivery status across multiple programs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners to resolve blockers and ensure timely deliverables
  • Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards, documentation, and business records
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare recurring reports, executive summaries, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding, workflow execution, and operational readiness efforts
  • Follow up on action items, escalate issues, and ensure commitments are completed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment across teams
Key requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Program & Operations Management or similar
  • Experience managing operational processes, workflows, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong Excel and reporting tool experience to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate insights
  • Experience documenting processes and SOPs and identifying efficiency improvements
  • Ability to automate or streamline manual workflows and implement scalable solutions
