Property Accounting Manager - Hybrid

In this role you will lead the property accounting function for a growing real estate investment company in Burlington. You'll oversee third-party accounting teams, analyze monthly statements, and ensure accurate rent rolls and financial reporting. You will participate in treasury activities, budgeting, and capital project processes to support portfolio growth. • Oversee the third-party property manager's accounting team
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules/workpapers
• Manage portfolio treasury activities and cash management
• Ensure accuracy of property rent rolls
• Prepare and review financial reports and budgets
• Oversee capital project requisition process
• Support multi-entity real estate accounting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Experience in commercial real estate operating companies (multi-entity) or private equity real estate firms preferred
