Overview In this Finance Enterprise Partner role, you will deliver financial insight and strategic guidance to Pharma Technical Operations. You will partner with site leadership, influence cross-functional decision-making, and translate business priorities into financial strategies that support the company's multi-site network. You'll own financial data, plan OPEX/CAPEX, and evaluate capital projects, driving transparency and enterprise-wide impact. This position offers a chance to shape Pharma Tech's ambitions within a global finance team.

Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to provide financial and strategic insights
- Build trusted relationships with key business leaders to steer outcomes
- Understand site's role in the network and drive opportunities across the organization
- Translate business priorities into financial strategies to meet 10-year ambitions
- Own financials by integrating operational knowledge and financial acumen
- Identify key drivers of variances and provide actionable insights
- Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX planning aligned with long-term goals
- Assess and review business cases for site and network capital projects
- Develop understanding of operational, strategic and financial implications
- Enable transparency and ensure decisions consider broader organizational impact
- Provide financial leadership for multi-site projects as needed
Key requirements- 5+ years of finance experience; at least four years in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or similar field; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes desired
- Track record of influencing and building consensus across cross-functional teams
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills
