Overview In this role you support rigging operations on Masthead International, assisting a project manager and advancing toward independent project oversight. You drive labor control, scheduling, and coordination with field teams to keep projects on track. You'll contribute to QA/QC adherence, RFI/submittal handling, and closeout documentation, enabling safe, on-time delivery. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity in Tempe that emphasizes reliability, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Labor control on assigned projects (setup and maintenance)
- Prepare RFIs and submittals
- Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders
- Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen
- Create and manage punch lists and project closeout documentation
- Support QA/QC measures per the QA/QC program
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Key requirements- At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment
