Senior Sales Executive, Transactional Practices

Overview

In this role you drive new growth for an AI-enabled legal tech portfolio within large law firms. You own end-to-end enterprise deals across transactional practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand adoption. You'll craft compelling ROI-led narratives for senior stakeholders and shape the go-to-market playbook for this segment. This is a hands-on, high-agency position with impact across practice groups, deal teams, and firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, value mapping, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, and closing.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline via outbound, practice group mapping, and account-based campaigns.
  • Build and own the transactional segment from the ground up with focused territory strategy and repeatable motions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders with storytelling, demos, and ROI-focused narratives; run structured opportunity plans.
  • Become product fluent across CoCounsel, HighQ, Noetica, and related solutions to translate capabilities into attorney outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal resources (SEs, BDRs, marketing, enablement, legal, leadership) to move opportunities forward and land/expand within accounts.
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of successful B2B software/SaaS sales experience with large law firms or professional services tech
  • Consistent quota attainment in new business targets
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior law firm stakeholders and understand attorney workflows
  • Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and align internal teams around a shared value path
  • Demonstrated independence in executing deals and shaping playbooks
