Overview In this role you will lead capital projects and embed OpEx principles to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You will translate client strategy into executable capital roadmaps, coach teams, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The position emphasizes delivering value, integrating Lean and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliant, right-first-time outcomes in GMP-regulated settings. You'll work with high-caliber colleagues on complex initiatives that impact plant throughput and operational stability.

Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end or phase-driven capital projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Advise client leaders and translate strategy into executable roadmaps, facilitate steering committees and manage vendor relationships
- Lead Front-End Planning (FEL), scope definition, design readiness, and realization across execution, commissioning, and startup
- Embed Lean, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement into capital planning and execution
- Operate in GMP-regulated environments coordinating with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams
- Integrate capital projects into site OpEx and quality maturity models
- Support growth, automation, sustainability, and productivity investments to boost throughput and reduce downtime
- Provide coaching to project managers, engineers, and operators; develop capital playbooks and delivery frameworks
- Create and present executive-level and detailed project updates
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management or related field
- At least 8 years of capital project delivery experience in consulting or matrixed environments
- Strong foundation in capital project management and operational excellence methods
- Experience with Life Sciences, Consumer, or Industrial sectors
- Experience working with senior stakeholders as owner's representative and trusted advisor
- PMI/Lean/Six Sigma/PE/APICS certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, OSHA, ISO, and environmental requirements
