Overview In this role you will formulate and execute asset management strategies for a real estate portfolio, optimizing income and maximizing asset value. You will work closely with finance, treasury, and investment teams to drive performance, reporting, and investor communications. You will analyze cash flows, budgets, and market data to guide strategic decisions and exits. This position offers exposure to cross-border projects and active asset optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Formulate and implement asset management strategies to optimize income and value
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and performance reports (finance, leasing, collections)
- Track fund performance (NOI, Distributable Income) and model scenarios against underwriting
- Support divestment/acquisition initiatives with cash flow analysis and impact on distributions
- Maintain Argus portfolio files and update revenue/expense data for performance analyses
- Conduct market intelligence and collate global market information to keep products competitive
- Coordinate with Treasury on loan pools and cash flow for capital drawdowns
- Support fund exit evaluation with scenario modeling alongside US investment team
- Prepare investor reports and respond to investor questions for IC meetings
- Assist with the annual valuation process
Key requirements- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field and accounting knowledge is preferred
- 5+ years in asset management or portfolio management with industrial markets knowledge
- Strong initiative, hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple workflows
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Argus and MRI advantageous
