Overview In this role, you design and lead BNY's most strategic client engagement experiences across the Commercial franchise, shaping executive sponsorships, client summits, and hospitality-led programs. You will partner with Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, client-centric experiences that fuel commercial growth and strengthen relationships. You'll evolve a scalable hospitality-based approach and ensure programs are governed, measurable, and aligned with the firm's client-obsessed culture. This is a high-visibility, impact-driving role.

Responsibilities- Own strategy, governance, and execution of Executive & Client Engagement programs across the Commercial organization
- Lead Unreasonable Hospitality strategy and define differentiated client experiences
- Design and execute executive engagement programs (Executive Sponsorship, Executive Committee engagement, strategic relationships)
- Manage and enhance the Executive Sponsor Program with senior leaders
- Plan and run client summits, C-suite engagements, and other high-impact experiences
- Collaborate with Coverage, Marketing, Innovation, Client Service, and Communications to create new engagement experiences
- Develop executive briefing materials, relationship intelligence, and engagement strategies
- Support coverage teams in planning and executing strategic client engagement opportunities
- Establish enterprise standards, playbooks, and best practices for engagement, hospitality, and client experience
- Capture insights from engagements and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
- Define and monitor engagement metrics using feedback and commercial outcomes
Key requirements- 5-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Background in leading executive engagement, client hospitality, or relationship management programs
- Track record of delivering high-touch client experiences and strategic events
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executives and support executive-to-executive relationships
- Experience collaborating across commercial, marketing, communications, innovation, and service functions
- Skill in preparing executive-ready briefing materials, client intelligence, and interaction strategies
- Experience developing frameworks, playbooks, and standards for client engagement practices
- Ability to identify and coordinate strategic touchpoints across the client relationship journey
- Experience turning engagement insights into actionable follow-up plans and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in measuring program impact through feedback, engagement data, and commercial results
