Overview As a National Accounts professional, you will expand Wilshire's footprint in the intermediary wealth channel across Midwest broker dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, and platforms. You'll cultivate enterprise relationships with home offices, research teams, and strategic partners to drive adoption of Wilshire's portfolios, manager research, and outsourced/investment solutions. This role blends strategy, alliance building, and cross-functional execution to grow assets and revenue. You'll work with field teams and represent Wilshire at industry events to advance platform adoption and client engagement.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic relationships with broker-dealer home offices, TAMPs, managed account platforms, RIAs, wealth tech and model platforms, CIO/due diligence teams, and distribution partners
- Create and execute a regional growth strategy to expand intermediary distribution in the Midwest
- Drive commercialization and growth of model portfolios, multi-asset solutions, alternative investment models, and manager research/portfolio construction solutions
- Partner with investment, alternatives, OCIO, retirement, wealth solutions, and research teams to deliver integrated solutions for intermediary clients
- Expand Wilshire's footprint across key platforms and ecosystems; build business plans for key accounts focusing on platform penetration, model adoption, advisor engagement, net flows, and enterprise partnerships
- Collaborate with field sales and relationship management to support advisor engagement and execution within distribution relationships
- Represent Wilshire externally at conferences, due diligence meetings, platform events, and executive client engagements
Key requirements- 7+ years of intermediary distribution, national accounts, or wealth platform distribution experience in asset management or wealth management
- Proven success calling on broker-dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, managed account platforms, and wealth platform gatekeepers
- Strong understanding of model portfolios, managed account platforms, wealth technology infrastructure, advisor adoption dynamics, portfolio construction, and platform commercialization
- Existing relationships across the intermediary wealth ecosystem preferred
- Track record driving platform approvals, enterprise relationships, asset growth, advisor engagement, and partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship management skills
- FINRA licenses preferred
- Interest in AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes and outputs while applying sound judgment
