Responsibilities- Develop pricing insights and recommendations to drive profitable growth across Commercial Insurance portfolios
- Analyze portfolio performance and emerging trends to steer portfolio management strategies
- Build, enhance, and maintain actuarial pricing models, rating structures, and analytical tools
- Collaborate with underwriters and technical underwriting teams to deliver pricing solutions for new and renewal business
- Support pricing transformation initiatives, segmentation, and modernization of underwriting capabilities
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Share best practices with global actuarial teams and leverage leading pricing methodologies
- Contribute to pricing governance, model documentation, and regulatory/compliance standards
- Ensure governance processes and regulatory requirements are met
- Develop an international network by exchanging best practices with global colleagues
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Actuarial Sciences or other technical degree
- Progress toward ACAS designation (typically 5+ exams completed) or equivalent actuarial qualification
- 3+ years of actuarial experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or statistical analysis software (SQL and R)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences
