Associate Brand Manager - Graco Wheels

As Associate Brand Manager for Graco Baby Wheels, you will drive growth for strollers, travel systems and other mobility products. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver profitability, consumer insights and omnichannel excellence. Your work will shape brand strategy, commercialization and portfolio expansion, impacting Graco's leadership in the baby gear market. You will help translate data into actionable growth initiatives and live the business-owner mindset. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a clear impact on brand performance and consumer experience.

• Deliver monthly business reviews and actionable recommendations
• Build and manage forecasting models for key product lines
• Improve forecast accuracy with demand planning and sales alignment
• Support commercialization of new product launches and post-launch evaluation
• Identify growth opportunities through analytics across consumers, marketplace, and retailers
• Contribute to annual brand and innovation plans for the Wheels portfolio
• Develop assortment, channel, and retailer strategies to optimize distribution and engagement
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and shopper channels
• Generate insights by combining data sources (Circana, Numerator, POS, eCommerce, consumer research)

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 2+ years in brand management, marketing, category management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and product commercialization
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
