Financial Analyst/Manager

In this role you will secure and execute capital solutions for a growing renewable energy portfolio, spanning community solar, distributed generation, solar-plus-storage, and standalone storage. You will work closely with development, origination, operations, and legal teams as well as external financing partners to advance projects from development through closing. You will lead financial analysis, model transaction structures, and coordinate multiple deals to support portfolio growth and capital deployment. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping financing strategies and supporting scalable, bankable projects.

• Lead financing activities for renewable energy projects, including sponsor equity, tax equity, joint venture equity, and debt facilities
• Build and refine financial models to evaluate structures, returns, and scenarios
• Coordinate multiple transactions from diligence to financial close
• Collaborate with development, origination, operations, and legal teams to align financing with execution plans
• Assist in structuring terms for solar and energy storage investments
• Analyze project economics, funding assumptions, and risks to inform decisions across development and acquisition
