Overview As Regional Vice President for SMB, you lead and coach a sales team to grow revenue for the DocuSign Intelligence Agreement Management offering. You shape strategy, drive pipeline, and manage complex deals with cross-functional partners to achieve quarterly quotas. You'll mentor AEs, enable career growth, and act as a champion for the business needs. This role combines leadership, strategic selling, and high-speed execution in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop an SMB sales team to grow revenue and hit monthly quotas
- Assess pipeline, activity, and forecasts to guide improvements
- Coach AEs in SMB-level sales skills, MEDDPICC qualification, forecasting, and planning
- Drive strategies to expand SMB accounts and scale value delivery to customers
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and report forecasts in reviews
- Identify training opportunities and support career progression across the team
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Think creatively to resolve conflicts and solve problems
Key requirements- 2+ years of sales team management in software
- 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and forecasting skills
- Willingness to travel 20%+
- Experience with SaaS sales preferred, including enterprise/strategic deals
- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets and building a growing team
