Overview As a Senior Analog/Serdes SoC Design Engineer, you will lead the architecture and circuit design for high-speed interconnect transceivers (Serdes) and related analog blocks. You will guide a team to deliver silicon-ready designs, validate with simulations, and support silicon bring-up. You'll work on high-performance, low-power Serdes IPs and interfaces (display, camera, UCIe, UA-link/Ethernet) using cutting-edge CMOS processes. This role combines hands-on circuit work with supervision and cross-functional collaboration to shape next-gen interconnect solutions. Your impact spans architecture, verification, layout optimization, and silicon validation in a global, innovation-driven environment
