Overview The Compliance Site Manager supports the Compliance Director in executing HFH's compliance program at an assigned hospital. You'll promote ethics, integrity, and accountability while engaging leaders, physicians, and staff on-site. The role focuses on identifying compliance risks and integrating program standards into daily operations. This is a hands-on position with cross-functional collaboration that scales compliance efforts across the hospital setting. You will help drive a culture of compliant, patient-centered care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site compliance engagement and risk identification at an assigned hospital
- Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and staff to integrate Compliance Program standards into operations
- Support investigations and regulatory guidance in alignment with HFH policies
- Assist in monitoring compliance performance and reporting to the Compliance Director
- Coordinate with corporate and hospital leadership to promote a culture of ethics and accountability
- Maintain organized documentation and demonstrate effective time management across priorities
Key requirements- Bachelor or five years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor
- Healthcare compliance experience (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and investigations
- Strong verbal and written communication, interviewing, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- High integrity and professionalism; balance compliance and operational considerations
