Responsibilities- Review policies and changes for accuracy; flag discrepancies to senior staff
- Process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client requests
- Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients; ensure thorough record-keeping
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
- Follow up on billing notices to minimize customer defaults
- Collaborate with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications
- Assist with account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity
- Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve favorable outcomes
Key requirements- Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
