Overview As Senior Construction Project Manager, you lead complex mechanical builds focused on HVAC and data center systems from pre-bid to closeout. You will coordinate schedules, procurement, vendors, and field teams to meet quality, budget, safety, and schedule goals within a cross-functional team. You'll apply PDCA to lift project performance, driving successful turnover with commissioning partners and owners. This role offers impact across critical data center infrastructure and scalable construction processes.

Responsibilities- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects (pre-bid to closeout) and coordinate mobilization, execution, commissioning, and turnover
- Interpret and administer contract documents, RFI workflows, bulletins, change orders, and submittals
- Develop and monitor project schedules and Schedule of Values using Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools
- Oversee procurement logs, long-lead items, vendor deliveries, and equipment procurement to mitigate schedule risk
- Lead vendor and subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance management
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports for owners and stakeholders
- Apply PDCA to improve construction processes, quality, and safety outcomes
- Coordinate with commissioning teams, MEP designers, and owners to validate system performance and turnover
- Manage project risk, site safety programs, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication; resolve field issues promptly
- Review and approve contractor invoices and maintain Schedule of Values and cost records
Key requirements- 5+ years in construction project management with a focus on mechanical systems
- Experience with HVAC, mechanical piping, and data centers preferred
- Proven track record managing contract documents, RFIs, bulletins, change orders, and procurement logs
- Strong schedule management skills with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent vendor relations, negotiation, and subcontractor management experience
- Knowledge of Schedule of Values, cost control, forecasting, and budget management
- Familiarity with PDCA or continuous improvement and QA/QC practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in field environments
