Overview

In this role you assess credit risk and repayment capacity for moderately to highly complex transactions, delivering integrated credit solutions to large corporate clients. You work with cross-functional teams in Global Corporate Bank to advise on deals and structure, while monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will build financial models, analyze borrower information, and prepare decision-ready credits that support growth and prudent risk management. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and collaboration across client-facing partners, offering impact through thoughtful risk assessment and tailored financing structures.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate creditworthiness and decide on credit facility approvals
  • Collaborate with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk teams to deliver credit solutions
  • Monitor client financial condition and proactively identify issues/opportunities
  • Provide financial modeling, loan structure, and industry/economic analysis to support loan decisions
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assess new end-user credit opportunities and identify mitigating factors
  • Underwrite new transactions, analyze credit risk, negotiate and close deals while following internal guidelines
  • Structure lease/loan terms (pricing, rates, payment, term, collateral)
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, review financial statements, monitor covenants, adjust risk ratings as needed
  • Support sales opportunities with product expertise in cross-functional teams
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years in Leasing, Equipment Finance or Commercial Credit
  • Proficient credit and risk analysis skills
  • Proficient presentation, structuring and financial statement analysis skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
