Overview As Account Manager you drive pricing and quotes across a defined region to support growth and market share. You partner with cross-functional teams-sales, customer service, product management, and technical service-to balance revenue, margin, and customer relevance. You'll analyze price requests, manage quotes, and gather market feedback to guide pricing strategy. This role combines analytics with customer-facing work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities- Analyze price, quote, and rebate requests to ensure competitive pricing and market relevance
- Manage pricing and quoting decisions based on established price strategies
- Process job quotes and communications for assigned territories
- Gather competitive information and feedback for price optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management, and technical service to deliver the JM experience
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
- 3 years minimum in customer service, account management, or pricing/quoting
- Experience building internal and external relationships
- Experience communicating with customers via phone and in person
- Ability to negotiate complex situations
- Analytical skills for evaluating products, customers, and markets
- Ability to analyze pricing and margin information
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 15%
