As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first point of contact for prospects and residents, guiding them through their housing journey. You contribute to a welcoming, resident-focused culture and help turn inquiries into lasting commitments. You work closely with a friendly team to deliver timely, personalized experiences. This role offers growth through formal learning, commissions, and a supportive environment. You will help shape community life while advancing Monarch's mission of people-first service.

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements and records
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual
