Overview In this role you will manage consignment product analysis and reporting within customer accounts. You will collaborate with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate consignment scanning and variance resolution. The position emphasizes data interpretation, reporting accuracy, and frequent travel to client sites. Responsibilities- Scan customer consignment inventory
- Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer
- Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales
- Travel to customer accounts and ensure accurate scanning of consigned products; drive or return consignment and facilitate requests
- Resolve consignment product variances with the sales team and customer, ensuring reporting accuracy
Key requirements- 1-2 years of customer service in a customer facing, Sales or Account Management role
- Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software in a Windows environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Willing to travel 85-90% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
