Overview In this role you will translate ambiguous opportunities into well-defined ML problems, select and evaluate algorithms, and craft effective features to power customer-focused models across multiple countries. You will collaborate with the IML team to apply GenAI strategies and accelerate development, while contributing to knowledge through internal and external papers. This position supports a scalable ML initiative aimed at improving the customer experience on a global scale, with opportunities to influence product and research directions.

Responsibilities- Translate ambiguous opportunities into defined science problem statements
- Evaluate and identify the right ML algorithms to solve problems
- Identify and build the right features for the models
- Partner with IML team to apply GenAI development strategies
- Publish papers to internal and external conferences
Key requirements- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
