Overview As a Payments Consultant, you help clients design and deliver strategic payment solutions across consumer and commercial segments. You will work within Accenture's Financial Services Payments Practice to tackle regulatory-compliant, revenue-generating initiatives. You'll assess operating models and vendor platforms, and shape reusable assets for scalable delivery. Your work supports clients' payments ecosystems-from card and retail to electronic transfers-while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities- Develop business and technology solutions for various payment methods
- Conduct operating model and client needs assessments
- Perform vendor assessments and due diligence on platforms and workflows
- Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design for payments implementations
- Serve as a business architect during engagements
- Contribute to development of reusable assets and best-in-class methodologies
- Support business development to originate new client opportunities
Key requirements- 5+ years in one or more payment domains (Card, Retail, Electronic, Cash/Treasury)
- 5+ years' consulting project delivery experience, with budgeting and timelines
- Experience in payments lifecycle and operating models
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver across engagements
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (Mon-Thu)
