As a Litigation Associate, you will handle complex injury, toxic tort, and commercial disputes within a national trial firm known for high-stakes verdicts. You will work closely with a courtroom focused team to manage cases from start to finish, coordinating discovery, depositions, and trial readiness. The role centers on collaboration, end to end ownership, and contributing to a culture that values trial experience and steady, rigorous case management. • Manage 5-20 cases from filing to trial in state and federal court
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, deposition outlines, and trial materials; coordinate experts and witnesses
• Take and defend depositions; prepare clients and witnesses for testimony
• Collaborate with in house law & motion and discovery teams; support trial teams during trial
• Appear in court for case management, evidentiary hearings, and pre trial conferences; maintain trial readiness
• Maintain organized case workflows, deadlines, and strategic plans with supervising partners
