Responsibilities- Lead and manage client delivery for Software & High-Tech and Private Equity engagements, interfacing with CPOs, CTOs, PE partners, and boards
- Execute value creation engagements focusing on product strategy, development processes, and product management transformations
- Lead complex transactions in Software & High-Tech, including post-merger integration, carve-outs, and operating model transformations
- Contribute to due diligence for PE and corporate strategic clients, evaluating market opportunity, product tech, operating model, margins, and growth
- Drive practice development by building data-driven methodologies, enhancing delivery frameworks, and mentoring consultants
- Support business development through thought leadership, client prospecting, and go-to-market collateral
- Lead a team of product-focused consultants to grow the sub-discipline
- Participate in recruiting and campus/experienced hiring mechanisms to strengthen the practice
Key requirements- 12-15 years of experience with at least two of: management, technology, or strategy consulting for Software/High-Tech clients
- Operational experience within the Software & High-Tech sector
- M&A experience at a Software & High-Tech strategic acquirer
- Knowledge of go-to-market practices in software or product delivery (PM, software development)
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience managing client relationships and working with C-level executives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and QA capabilities
- Ability to travel 25-50%
